How to return the product

The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging.

You will then receive an email confirming we've received your request and we will authorize you to proceed.

The shipping costs, risk of possible theft or loss will be all the customer's responsibility and no refunds can be granted for goods that are not received back.
You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds: As soon as we receive the returned product we will proceed with the refund, following the procedure written on the Return Form you sent us and within 14 days from the date of receipt of returned products. Other possible delivery costs will not be refunded and they will be at client's expense.

Officina Idee will only refund products returned in a proper way, following all the stated terms & conditions. If the product you return will not with these terms & conditions, Officina Idee will reserve the right to return the product to the customer with no refund.
